The Problem: Skills sets not the same

One of the problems that can occur on a course is where delegates have a different skill set prior to the course. Some have experience in similar languages and environments and others can have little or no relevant experience. Also, sometimes, some delegates are over confident as to their skill set satisfying the course pre-requisites.

this in turn can sometimes lead to the course moving as the slowest speed to match the slowest delegate. inevitable this can result in frustration for the other delegates and while our trainers are very experienced in helping delegates catch up and do spend extra time with them it is far preferred to have all delegates start each course satisfying the stated printed pre-requestites of each course.  .

The solution: Free books!

To alleviate this problem, F1 is now adding further value to its current MOC Plus courses by supplying Free of Charge a specific trainer recommended Microsoft Press book for all delegates booking on certain courses together with an approved reading check list.

This together with access to our Technical Support team ensures that delegates have every opportunity to prep up on the prerequisites before coming of the course. As a result of this, the class as a whole and each individual delegate benefits from the course progressing at a balanced and reasonable pace.
