Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria.

The Requirement

Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria wanted one of their Systems Engineers to qualify as a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer in the first quarter of 2001.  They planned to send him over to the UK for a set number of weeks, in which time he should attend all the classes and take all the exams necessary to qualify.

The Solution

They contacted F1 after seeing our web page and asked if we could supply information and course dates for their particular requirement and time frame.  After a discussion with the delegate concerned, we adjusted our schedule so that he could take the courses in quick succession, and the dates were agreed.  He commenced training with F1 on 29th January 2001.  F1 helped the delegate with additional material, exam preparation for each of the courses he attended and even replaced a lost course CD.    

The Result 

The delegate took the required exams over two weeks and qualified as a MCSD on 20th March 2001.  He has now gone back to Nigeria, where his success, in partnership with F1, is the main topic of conversation.
