All F1 developers are qualified as Microsoft Certified Professionals (MSP) and Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT). These accreditations ensure that all of the services we provide are of the highest quality. Most of our developers are also qualified as Microsoft Certified Solution Developers (MCSD) or Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE).

F1 operates by having a Technical Manager for each technology i.e. a SQL Server Technical Manager. These people are responsible for maintaining the code libraries and ensuring that the current technologies are being explored and developed.
