Metrics That Matter and F1

What is Metrics That Matter?

Metrics that Matter (MTM) is a web-based learning evaluation system that allows Microsoft Certified Partners to monitor customer satisfaction and improve performance.

MTM has been used by CPLS's in the USA since January 2002, and we were required to use it in the UK at the beginning of 2004.  All CPLS's should now be using MTM to report evaluations of their courses.

How does MTM Mean To You?

Well, you may have noticed that the course evaluation forms we ask you to complete at the end of your course have changed.  This is a MTM standard form for CPLS's, enabling the data to be compared with other CPLS's both in the UK and Worldwide.

The evaluation form also asks for student e-mail addresses and are only used to send a follow-up evaluation. Follow-up evaluations measure the job impact of the training and the productivity of the students 60 days after the learning event.  Providing your email address is completely at your discretion.

The benefit to you is that we now have a formal tool which enables us to  continually measure how we are rated by our customers, so we know the things you like and the things we need to improve on.
