F1 are pleased to announce that we have attained the Gold Certified Partner status with Microsoft, enhancing our competencies in Learning Solutions and Microsoft Business Solutions. 

Gold Certified Partners are the top level of Microsoft Partners with resources and support needed to stand out in the marketplace.  In reaching this level, F1 have demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven their ability to deal with customers needs.

In order to attain Gold Partner status, F1 had to demonstrate at least one Microsoft competency.  Microsoft competencies are designed to help customers differentiate between the expertise of Microsoft Partners.  F1's new Microsoft Partner logo reflects these competencies.

Learning Solutions Competency.  For a long time, F1 has demonstrated experience and proficiency in Microsoft training, joining the Microsoft Partner program as an ATEC then a CTEC and now a Certified Partner for Learning Solutions.    

Microsoft Business Solutions Competency.  F1 has promoted it's own customer relationship tool, Pro-ACTION, for years and this in-depth knowledge has been fundamental in achieving the Microsoft Business Solutions competency, specialising in Microsoft CRM.
