Microsoft® CRM Pricing

F1 / Microsoft 'Open Business' Pricing for CRM 4.0 is as follows:

  1. New product – Workgroup Edition £1,995 Inclusive of 5 User Client Access Licences (CALs) and CRM Server licence. The previous cost of CRM 3.0 SBE server and 5 Cals was £2,100). Note that the max. no. of users allowed is now just 5 users. Any more than 5 users and customer will need to purchase Professional Licences instead.

  2. Professional Server £1,600 (supporting up to 20,000 users)

  3. Named User (or Device) Client Access License (CAL) £795

  4. New product – Enterprise Server (including Multi Tenancy) £3950

  5. New product – Limited Client Access License (Read-Only) £230 – should produce some innovative solutions to help occasional users to access and even update CRM database using new Excel export then import feature.

  6. External Connector - £3995 (CRM 3.0 External Connector was £10,000).

  7. New product – Limited External Connector (Read-Only) £1100

  8. New Product - CRM 4.0 Enterprise Professional Subscriber Access License (SAL) £30 per user/month on our UK Hosted ISP. Note that CRM 4.0 can be hosted with or without Hosted Microsoft Exchange. (Exchange Hosting Pricing £10 per user/month). Note that with CRM 4.0, we there is no minimum no. of users required, one CRM 4.0 Enterprise Professional Subscriber Access user licence is permitted!

Note: Pricing above include 2 years Software Assurance free of charge which provide you with:

  • 6 support incidents/server with guaranteed response of 4 hours*
     
  • 3 eLearning courses
     
  • 2 Foundation Library Seats
     
  • Free Upgrades for 2 years.

* Additional support incidents available for purchase from F1 at cost of £115 + Vat each (8 hour response) or for a pack of 10 at cost of £900 + vat (4 hour response).  For more details please see CRM Support Page.

Licensing

The prices quoted are the most popular ' Open' Licence products but do not take into account any licensing agreement, such as Select and EA, that you may already have in place for Microsoft products.

Qualifying academic institutions now have special pricing for CRM at a discounted rate via the following programs:

Like many other products, Microsoft CRM 3.0 is simple solution hiding significant complexity under its skin.

If you have internal IT professional resources on staff, or you have a system based around Small Business Server 2003, then the actual installation of CRM 3 is a relatively straightforward task.
