Microsoft CRM Assessment Survey Tool

The Microsoft CRM Assessment Survey Tool is an internal confidential tool that has been designed to guide you through the planning and envisioning phases of Microsoft CRM systems deployment.

Upon completion of the assessment interview, you will be provided with a detailed CRM Strategic Assessment for your organisation and a Microsoft CRM configuration file that can be used to view you deployment in action.

Throughout this assessment, your progress and status will be tracked across the left pane and on your right, important tips and considerations for your deployment will help you through each step.

The estimated completion time for the assessment is about 1 hour.

Before you begin, it would be useful to understand your organisation from a broader perspective than the role you may actually perform.  You will be asked questions regarding you organisational structure, sales function and customer service operations.

After completing the survey you will have the option to output it to both a Word document and a XML file which can later be used to help setup Microsoft CRM for your organisation.
