F1's new products and services
F1 is a Microsoft Gold Partner who can supply all
Microsoft E-Learning courses. (for an up-to-date list of courses visit web page at
here).
The advantage of buying your E-Learning courses from F1,
is that, in many cases, we allow you to upgrade to a similar classroom based
course at a very special upgrade price.
The reason why this is sometimes useful is that many
customers find that some of the more complex technology E-Learning courses
benefit substantially if some of the content is delivered face to face in a
classroom environment.

What is E-Learning?
E-Learning (also known as Online learning) is defined by
Elliot Masie (the world renowned Learning Guru) as "The broad spectrum of
learning and training activities that harness the power of technology,
including blended approaches and new models of classroom delivery".
Impressive eh? He also says that the term has "resulted in a huge domain of
confusion, spiced with a lot of hype".
E-Learning is an effective option for people who, for a
variety of reasons, find the traditional classroom training impractical. It
has the obvious advantage of learning when and where you want, while having
access to our trainers/developers knowledge base.
What is Classroom Learning?
Classroom Learning is what we have all experienced when we
attend a traditional training class at a training centre. As a Microsoft
Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (MCPLS) we are fully Audited by
Microsoft to ensure we always provide the best quality of training possible.
Why Choose F1 Computing?
Only F1 provides the entire range of training and learning
services. We limit class sizes to a maximum of six delegates (including
Distance Learning) to ensure every delegate receives the best possible
training. Please click here for more reasons to choose F1.
Option to Convert to Classroom Based Training - or Blend
Learning Strategies
E-Learning and Distance Learning are
sometimes well suited for introductory and intermediate courses. However,
some customers may struggle with the concepts or coursework and find the
going difficult.
Again, F1 comes up with a better solution. The customer
has the option to convert from the equivalent E-Learning
course or Distant Learning course to the classroom based training course.
The student just notifies their Account Manager that they wish to convert
and pays the difference in cost to attend the next scheduled course. It's as
simple as that! Alternatively you may wish to book a series of courses with
differing learning strategy suited to your needs.
