F1 / Microsoft 'Open Business' Pricing for CRM 4.0 is
as follows:
- CRM 4.0 Enterprise or Professional Subscriber Access
License (SAL) £30 per user/month on shared CRM server with UK Hosted ISP.

- CRM 4.0 Enterprise or Professional Subscriber Access
License (SAL) £30 per user/month on dedicated Platinum server
with UK Hosted ISP. **
- Microsoft CRM 4.0 Workgroup Edition £1,995 Inclusive of 5 User
Client Access Licences (CALs). Note that the max. no. of users allowed
is now just 5 users and is not upgradable to professional server.
- Microsoft CRM 4.0 On Premise Professional Server £2,105.
- Microsoft CRM 4.0 On Premise Enterprise Server (including Multi Tenancy)
£4150.
- Microsoft CRM 4.0 On Premise CALs (Named User or Device) Client
Access License £902.
- Bundle of Microsoft CRM 4.0 On
Premise Professional Server with 5 off Microsoft CRM 4.0 On Premise
CALs (Named User or Device) Client Access License £6320.

* Note that with CRM 4.0, as there is no minimum no. of users required,
one CRM 4.0 Enterprise Subscriber Access user licence is permitted!
* Hosted CRM Server can be up and running within two days of order.
* CRM 4.0 can be hosted with or without Hosted Microsoft Exchange.
(Exchange Hosting Pricing £10 per user/month).
** Note: The dedicated server allows you to fully configure CRM Add-Ons
and/or DLLs on your CRM server. There is a minimum requirement of 30 users
and a 12 month contract.
** If you only require a three month contract, there is an additional
charge of £495 per month for the server and its services.
** Hosted platinum CRM Server can be
up and running within two days of order.
Pricing above for on premise software include 2 years Software Assurance free
of charge which provide you with:
- 6 support incidents/server with guaranteed response of 4 hours*
- 3 eLearning courses
- 2 Foundation Library Seats
- Free Upgrades for 2 years.
* Additional support incidents available for purchase from F1 at cost
of 115GBP + Vat each (8 hour response) or for a pack of 10 at cost of
£900 +
vat (4 hour response).

Licensing
The prices quoted are the most popular ' Open' Licence products but do
not take into account any licensing agreement, such as Select and EA, that
you may already have in place for Microsoft products.
