As a Development Training company F1 is pleased to help customers with their problems relating to the products we sell and the Microsoft languages we train.

When our trainer/developers identify a common problem we add it to the relevant FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page listed on the left.

If you cannot find the answer there, then either complete and email the Technical Support Form or  telephone us direct on 0800 169 1890 and ask for Technical Support Helpline or fax us the problem on 01225 444728.

Please note only clients that have a valid F1 Technical Support Contract or have been trained by F1 may use this service.
