F1 Computing Systems Limited are committed to quality and service.
As a result we aim not purely to attain the same standard, but to learn
and surpass this level with each new client and project.

F1 are committed to achieving the above standard by the end of
September 2009.
As Gold Level Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, F1 have documented all
of our quality procedures and are also subject to a continual audit process
by Microsoft.
Our Quality Policy Statement is
detailed below:
"The F1 Quality Policy is based on continually improving our
internal quality processes to ensure that we not only meet our
customers requirements but surpass them."
In order to achieve this we are:
Actively monitoring and reviewing our performance through internal
and customer measures;
Laying down a foundation of quality management and environment
systems;
Ensuring that our staff are fully trained and experienced in their
roles, and to be accountable in meeting the needs of customers.
This will be supported with investment in a program of continuous
improvement utilising a framework of Total Quality Management. Each
training delegate is sent a pre-course questionnaire to check their
suitability for the chosen course and to highlight any areas of special
interest.
Each delegate completes a comprehensive course evaluation form at
the end of the course which is used to further improve quality and to
ensure that the delegate receives appropriate post course support and
guidance.
Anne Pink, F1's Quality Manager, is responsible for the Quality System on a
day to day basis.
